ADREM now has 82 full-time faculties, of which 34 have senior academic titles and 28 have associate professorship. Of the faculty members, there are 2 professors in“2010 One Thousand Talents Introduction Plan”, 1 in "Top-notch Talent Youth Support Program” (the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee), 2 recipients of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and 4 recipients of National Science Fund for Excellent Young Scholars, 2 professors-in-residence of Yangzi Fund (the Ministry of Education), 1 honor-holder of First Class State Talents program (the Ministry of Personnel)，2 Trans-Century Scholarsand 8 New-Century Scholars (the Ministry of Education).
